What software do I need to access the Codex Training Services Website?

All you really need to get started, is an Internet connected computer and a Web browser.

Recommended browsers include:

- Internet Explorer 6 and above
- FireFox 1.8 and above

Other software that you will need includes:

You will require Microsoft Office to access some of the site content.

If you are using an older version of Microsoft Office (e.g. Office 2003), you may not be able to open documents that have been created using Office 2007. It is possible to download a converter free-of-charge from Microsoft which will allow you to open, edit and save such documents. See the Microsoft website. (Note: you may have to download other updates prior to installing the converter.)

Adobe Flash Player is the standard for delivering video and animations on the web.

Adobe PDF Reader is the global standard for trusted distribution, viewing and printing of information. You can download Adobe PDF Reader for FREE here.

Your Internet browser should have Cookies enabled. Cookies are small files that can be created and written to by a programming language. The most common are JavaScript cookies that are read / written to a users hard drive by a program that runs in the web browser when a user visits a web site. The cookies will allow you to enter your username and password into Codex Training Services Login box.
